Mishimoto Performance Intercooler - Stock Location Upgrade For Ford Bronco

Ford Bronco owners looking for some serious performance gains, this Mishimoto Performance Intercooler is exactly what you need! This isn't some generic upgrade - it's a direct fit replacement that bolts right into the stock location for both the 2.3L and 2.7L EcoBoost engines in the 2021+ Ford Broncos. The engineering behind this thing is impressive - it features a massive 4.7-inch thick core, CNC-machined 6061 aluminum flanges, and precision TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks that are built to last. The performance numbers speak for themselves: you're looking at a 77% increase in core volume and 175% more fin surface area compared to stock! For the 2.3L EcoBoost, that translates to a massive 21.2-degree reduction in outlet temperatures and dyno-proven gains of 5.68 whp and 5.32 lb-ft of torque. The 2.7L EcoBoost sees a 15.8-degree temperature drop with gains of 6.5 whp and 6.5 lb-ft of torque. Plus, it's 7% less restrictive than the stock intercooler, meaning better airflow and efficiency. What this means in real-world driving is more consistent power, especially during extended driving or in hot weather when heat soak becomes an issue. The quality is exactly what you'd expect from Mishimoto - professional-grade construction backed by their legendary lifetime warranty. Installation is straightforward since it's designed as a direct replacement. Whether you're towing, off-roading, or just want better performance on the street, this intercooler upgrade delivers noticeable improvements without requiring any other modifications. If you want to unlock your Bronco's full potential and keep it running strong in any conditions, this intercooler is one of the best investments you can make!
