For anyone working with metals, jewelry, or gemstones, this Kent diamond polishing paste is an absolute game-changer! The 20-micron grit size is perfect for stock removal and lapping - it's coarse enough to remove material efficiently but still leaves a nice finish. The rust-colored oil-based paste is easy to work with and environmentally friendly too. It comes in a handy 20-gram container that'll last you through plenty of projects. This stuff works great on all kinds of materials - steel, hard metals, aluminum, zinc, and of course jewelry and gemstones. For best results, use it with felt bobs or wool polishers on your rotary tool or polishing machine. Cleanup is surprisingly simple - no special cleaners needed, just wipe it clean with water when you're done. Kent offers this in a whole range of grit sizes from super fine 0.25 micron all the way up to 40 micron, so you can get exactly what you need for your specific application. Always remember to wear protective gear though - safety glasses and gloves are a must when working with polishing compounds. Whether you're a professional jeweler, metalworker, or hobbyist, having quality diamond paste like this makes such a difference in your finished results. The diamond particles cut consistently and leave a much better surface than cheaper alternatives. It's one of those workshop essentials that serious crafters always keep on hand for those precision finishing touches!
